Fees

 

• 30-minute consultation phone screening (No fee)
• Intake Assessment (first session): $200.00
• Individual Session (50 mins): $150.00
• Family session (60 mins): $170.00

​Currently accepting most insurances, all major credit/debit cards, Venmo and Apple Pay.

No cancellation fee: If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please contact Querencia Counseling Services within 24 hours of your appointment. There is a $35 cancellation fee for all appointments that are not cancelled within 24 hours of their scheduled time.

No show fee: You will be charged for full service fee if you do not cancel or show for your scheduled appointment.
 
Payments are expected at time of service. You are responsible for your own payments. Prior to our session, please contact your insurance agency to inquire about any required co-payments and to review your full benefits.
